This Seller Refund & Return Policy outlines how product returns, replacements, and refunds are handled between Sellers and Customers on CartfillBD.com. All sellers are required to comply with this policy as a condition of their continued participation on the platform.

1. Purpose

This policy ensures a fair, transparent, and standardized process for refund and return requests raised by customers through the CartfillBD platform.

2. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must clearly state their return eligibility and warranty terms on each product listing. Sellers are responsible for ensuring accurate descriptions and images to prevent misleading customers. Products sold must match their listing details in color, size, functionality, and packaging. Sellers must respond to return or refund requests within 48 hours of notification.

3. Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Non-returnable items (e.g., perishables, hygiene products, or digital goods) must be clearly marked as such.

4. Refund Process

All refunds are processed through CartfillBD, not directly by the seller. Once a returned product is verified, the refund amount is deducted from the seller’s next payout. After a refund is approved/processed, it typically takes 7–10 working days for the amount to be completed and credited back to the customer’s original payment method.

5. Replacement

If inventory is available, sellers should provide a replacement instead of a refund when possible. Replacement shipments must be initiated within 3 working days of approval.

6. Seller Non-Compliance

Sellers who fail to honor this policy may face:

  • Order cancellations,

  • Penalty deductions,

  • Temporary or permanent account suspension.
    Repeated violations will result in permanent removal from the platform.

7. Platform Authority

CartfillBD reserves the right to mediate disputes and make final decisions on refund or return claims based on provided evidence.

8. Governing Law

This policy follows the Consumer Rights Protection Act (2009) and Digital Commerce Guidelines (2021) of Bangladesh.
