২. রিফান্ড বা ফেরতের জন্য যোগ্যতা

আপনি নিম্নলিখিত পরিস্থিতিতে রিফান্ড বা প্রতিস্থাপন অনুরোধ করতে পারেন:

• পণ্যটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, বা বর্ণিত না হওয়া।
• ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়েছে।
• পণ্যটি নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হয়নি।
• বিক্রেতা একটি ক্যাম্পেইন বা তালিকার অংশ হিসেবে ফেরত বা রিফান্ড দিতে সম্মত হয়েছে।

রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়:

• একবার ডাউনলোড করা হলে ডিজিটাল পণ্যের জন্য।
• অপব্যবহার বা অবহেলার কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য।
• “নন-রিটার্নেবল” বা “ফাইনাল সেল” হিসাবে চিহ্নিত পণ্য।

৩. ফেরত অনুরোধ প্রক্রিয়া

ফেরত বা রিফান্ড শুরু করতে:

• আপনার CartfillBD অ্যাকাউন্টে “Your Orders” এ যান।
• পণ্যটি নির্বাচন করুন এবং “Request Refund/Return” ক্লিক করুন।
• বিস্তারিত এবং সহায়ক ছবি/ভিডিও প্রদান করুন (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়)।
• আমাদের দল অনুরোধ যাচাই করবে এবং বিক্রেতার সাথে সমন্বয় করবে।
• একবার অনুমোদিত হলে, পিকআপ বা ড্রপ-অফ নির্দেশাবলী প্রদান করা হবে।

৪. রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া

পণ্য পরিদর্শন এবং অনুমোদনের পরে রিফান্ডগুলি ৭-১৪ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়।
রিফান্ডগুলি আপনার মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে (মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং, কার্ড, বা ওয়ালেট) জমা করা হয়।
যদি পেমেন্ট ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি মাধ্যমে করা হয়ে থাকে, তবে রিফান্ড ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার বা মোবাইল ওয়ালেটের মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হয়।

৫. শিপিং খরচ

যদি ফেরত বিক্রেতার ভুল (ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত আইটেম) এর জন্য হয়, তবে শিপিং খরচ বিক্রেতা বহন করবে।
যদি ফেরত গ্রাহকের পছন্দের কারণে (যেমন, মনের পরিবর্তন) হয়, তবে শিপিং ফি রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।

৬. ফেরতের জন্য পণ্যের অবস্থান

ফেরত পণ্যগুলি হতে হবে:

• অব্যবহৃত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে।
• ইনভয়েস বা ক্রয়ের প্রমাণপত্র সহ।
• সমস্ত অ্যাক্সেসরি, ম্যানুয়াল, বা ফ্রি গিফট সহ।

৭. বিতর্ক সমাধান

গ্রাহক এবং বিক্রেতার মধ্যে বিতর্কের ক্ষেত্রে, CartfillBD.com মধ্যস্থতাকারী হিসেবে কাজ করবে।
তদন্তের পরে নেওয়া সিদ্ধান্ত চূড়ান্ত এবং বাধ্যতামূলক হবে।

৮. বাতিলকরণ

অর্ডারগুলি শিপমেন্টের আগে বাতিল করা যেতে পারে।
যদি ইতিমধ্যে শিপ করা হয়ে থাকে, তবে বাতিলকরণ এই নীতির অধীনে ফেরত হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।

Customer Refund & Return Policy

Refunds are processed by CartfillBD on behalf of individual sellers after verifying eligibility and product condition.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Return

You may request a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

• The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product was not delivered within the specified time.
• The seller agreed to return or refund as part of a campaign or listing.

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Digital products once downloaded.
• Products damaged by misuse or negligence.
• Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale.”

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or refund:

• Go to Your Orders in your CartfillBD account.
• Select the product and click “Request Refund/Return.”
• Provide details and supporting photos/videos (if applicable).

• Once approved, pickup or drop-off instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after product inspection and approval.
Refunds are credited to your original payment method (mobile banking, card, or wallet).
If payment was made via Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued through bank transfer or mobile wallet.

5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to seller error (wrong or damaged item), shipping costs are covered by the seller.
If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Product Condition for Return

Returned products must be:

• Unused and in original packaging.
