Your Order ID is sent to your registered email address and mobile number via SMS immediately after placing the order. You can also find it in your account dashboard under “My Orders”.
Order status usually updates within 24-48 hours after dispatch. If it hasn’t changed for more than 3 days, please contact our support team with your Order ID.

Yes, you can. Even if you checked out as a guest, just use the Order ID sent to your email to track the parcel on the tracking page.
