Outside Dhaka: 5–10 business days
Delivery time may vary based on seller processing time, stock availability, and courier conditions.

After placing an order:

  1. You’ll get an order confirmation (on screen / email if provided).

  2. The seller confirms and prepares your item.

  3. Your order is shipped and delivery is completed within the estimated timeframe.

We accept:

  • Pay Online Debit/Credit Cards + Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (available for eligible orders/areas)

  • Direct Bank Transfer

Yes. Online transactions are processed securely through SSLCommerz.

 

Yes. All prices are shown in BDT and include applicable VAT/taxes as per Bangladesh regulations (where applicable).

 

Yes—you can cancel before shipment.

  • If the order was prepaid, a full refund will be initiated (refund timing depends on banking/payment channel).

  • If already shipped, cancellation is treated as a return request.

Yes, you may request return/refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product was not delivered within the specified time (subject to verification)

Some items may be non-returnable (e.g., perishables, hygiene items, digital goods). Those will be clearly marked.

For standard customer support returns/refunds, issues should be reported within 24 hours of receiving delivery.
(If a listing/campaign offers a different window, that may apply. Some seller policies allow up to 7 days depending on product and condition.)

  • Go to Your Orders in your CartfillBD account

  • Select the item → click Request Refund/Return

  • Add details + photos/videos (recommended)

  • Our team will review and coordinate with the seller

  • If approved, you’ll receive pickup/drop-off instructions

Once approved and processed, refunds are typically completed within 7–10 working days and returned to the original payment method (card/wallet) for online payments.

 

If you paid by COD, refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet, based on the details you provide during the refund process.

 

No. For online payments, refunds follow SSLCommerz policy and are credited back to the original payment source (same card/wallet). No cash refunds for online payments.

  • If the return is due to seller error (wrong/damaged/defective item): seller covers shipping

  • If it’s a change of mind: shipping fees are non-refundable

Yes. Please keep your invoice/proof of purchase, as it may be required for returns/refunds and warranty support.

Tracking availability depends on the seller/courier. If tracking is available, it will appear in Your Orders after shipment.
